Our fee structure is clear and transparent. After an initial no-charge consultation with you, we will present a fixed fee proposal within the value range below based on our determination of the work involved.
That is then our fee for the duration of the service, no hidden extras, no additional fees based on time.
You can choose the right service for you and we are up and away! If you don’t wish to engage us that’s absolutely fine too, and you are more than welcome to return at any future point.
Fee: £2400 - £2900 + vat
Retainer: £200 + vat
All the features of your guiding partner service with the added benefit that you will have your own designated partner throughout the search process, selecting options for you to view, proactively speaking with agents on your behalf and ensuring your search is as effective as possible.
Fee: £6200 - £6900 + vat
Retainer: £400 + vat
As detailed in the service criteria above under ‘guiding’ and ‘proactive’, we will guide you on a ‘Go-To’ figure, negotiate the best price possible for you and then be the point of contact for all parties until completion.
Fee: £4900 - £5900 + vat depending on the location of purchase / per property transaction
Retainer: £200 + vat
Please note current guidance from HMRC is that this fee is deductible from your capital gains calculation once you sell the property. Please check with your financial adviser.
One-off property valuation
Single property valuation to assist with your own purchase decisions, financial planning, the realisation of development potential, mediation, probate, family planning, commercial decisions or any other reason you need a one-off property valuation:
£550 + vat per property (multiple property discounts do apply, please ask for a specific quote).
If desktop-only valuation, please enquire for a specific rate.
For a valuation concerning development potential, specialist planning advice may need to be undertaken and this would be an agreed disbursement indicated from the outset.
All mediation related work quoted specifically on a case by case basis.
Conflicts of Interest
Where a conflict of interest exists or becomes identifiable clients will be made aware at the earliest opportunity with an agreed consensus by all parties relevant to the conflict of interest whether to move forward or not.
